My complaint against Prem Prakash Gupta (son of Sh. M P Gupta) and Pankaj Gupta (son of Sh. Prem Prakash Gupta), resident of house no. G-254, Patel Nagar 3, Ghaziabad; at present resident of 18 B-1, D V Gupta Road, Dev Nagar, Karol Baug, New Delhi, is based on under-mentioned points:-

The construction activity which is in progress by the opposite party Prem Prakash Gupta and Pankaj Gupta on their plot no. G-254, Patel Nagar 3, Ghaziabad is not in accordance with the GDA approved map. The construction on the mentioned plot is not residential, but of commercial nature which is prohibited in a residential area. The construction on the plot is not in accordance with the rules and regulations of the GDA. On the back side of the applicant's area, an unauthorized 15-20 ft. tall shade is being constructed over an area of 2000 sq. ft by the opposite party in which attempt is being made to forcefully encroach an approximate area of 35 sq. mt. of the applicant, which is completely illegitimate and illegal.

Hence you are requested that pertaining to the construction on the mentioned plot, the situation be surveyed by the associated departmental engineer and appropriate legal action be taken to stop illegal construction by the opposite party.
