My name is Chandrashekar S from Begumpet, Hyderabad. I have been going to this petrol bunk for more than 10 years to fill both my 2 wheeler and car. Almost every few times in a year the staff have been ill-treating, cheating me in various ways. Even though I have raised this complaint the Manager present there, they keep asking to forget and say that I can forgive it. For example: Many times the meter reads Rs. 499.20 or .60 etc. but I had to pay Rs. 500. When I ask them as to why they are not rounding to Rs. 500, they not only give some excuse but talk rudely saying what would happen for .80 or .40 paise etc. If one calculates it for 500 customers in a day, see how much amount the petrol station people are earning.
Today Dec-31-2014 I was waiting behind a 2 wheeler after filling petrol in my car and when I requested the staff (Azar) who was filling petrol for 2-wheeler(s) to ask the vehicles to be lined away from the driveway, he rudely said that I have to wait for few mins. and made me to wait for 2-3 mins. When I reported the same to the Manager present there, again I was asked to forgive Azar's rudeness and behavior. Also, when I tried to call the AGM Mr. Sunil on his mobile, there was no response till 5 PM. This incident happened at 10:00 AM or so and till evening, Mr. Sunil didn't bother to talk with me.
When I spoke with the GM Mr. Amit Shah from the petrol bunk, he said that these kinds of incidents will not happen in the future and the same words were being used by everyone including Mr. Sunil, even after raising complaints about this Petrol Bunk staff, the way they behave, talk rudely with customers etc.
It is so unfortunate that the management of such companies feel that customers can be taken easily and no one can take action against them and they keep repeating the same mistake every time. This kind of incident happening on the last day of 2014 is really unfortunate and over and above this, asking me to take things or forget it seems to be the trend with the management of this service center.
Mr. Sunil also mentioned that this is the first time he has received a complaint raised from me, which means that either he is not telling the truth or the Manager at this station have not brought the complaints to his attention. This is like cheating a customer in all ways and ill-treating them.
