Hi Sir/Mam,
My self is the Tripti agrawal and my husband had taken the Home Suvidha policy from the Iffco Tokio Insurance 9 years back with home loan from PNB Bank. There was accident rider in the policy in which they will provide money in case of accidental death.

My husband has been expired on 4th September 2013. He had been kidnapped and then murdered. We found body in railway track. We had submitted all the documents FIR, post mortem and death certificate to the company for the claim on 20th Nov 2013. In mid December company surveyor has visited my home and police station and collected all the documents.
Now 1 year and 6 month already passed and Iffco Tokio are not settling my claim. They want Final report. In policy document nothing is mention about final report. As case is in progress so we did not get final report from the crime branch.
Currently case is in Crime Branch and are still in progress. They have not submitted final report to court or given to me. Investigation officer in Crime branch saying that it will take more time to finalise the case.
Several time I have asked Iffco Tokio to get interim report from crime branch by sending the surveyor because the crime branch is not giving any report to me due to sensitivity of case.

I think they don’t have intention to pay money to me. I am a house wife and have 2 small kids(9 year old baby girl and 5 year old baby boy). I am taking care of my kids and facing financial problem. Even I am getting problem to pay school fee of my kids. I am borrowing money from my relatives to meet daily and school expenses of my kids.
