I bought a dish washer on December 2013 and the machine was delivered to my home after one week. When the machine was delivered there was no powder delivered together with the machine so i have ordered the powdered and it took another three months to delivered to my home and i started using the machine on may 2013 and the machine was spoiled on june and i called the service center in nagercoil.After one week one person from nagercoil service center came to my home and take a look at the machine and he told there is a rat bite in the main wire which is getting connected to the board and we will replace that and we will keep a filter so that the rat wont enter the machine again. He told us in order to get it changed you need to bring the machine to our office. And we bring the machine to the service station and one week there is no response from them and when we called them they told us there is some issue in some of the other parts as well which we have ordered in Madurai which will take some time and we waited few more days and few days later the agent called us and told us we need to pay around 6000 rs in order to take back our machine. When i checked with him why we have to pay 6000 rs give me the breakdown for that. He told me that rat bite is there even inside the machine and we have replaced those parts also which we ordered from Madurai. I asked him to send me the pictures of the parts which has rat bite and the bill copy for the spare parts which he has ordered.I waited for two days and i didn't receive any documents, Hence i told him i cannot pay any amount. First thing is if he is changing any other parts he should have consulted with me first and second thing is how can he get spare parts from outside when he is a authorized service center for IFB.IFB should provide the spare parts which need to be replaced. He tried to cheat me using his best tactics and at last he told me he cannot give the machine unless we pay 2000 rs. I agreed to pay that and he told me he will send back the machine as it is already repaired and he took 5 days to send back the machine to my house. When he delivered the machine i asked him to check whether it is Working or not. The machine was send back with the same condition as it was taken from my home.He didn't do any repair and he simply bring back the machine and i called him again and after 2 days one person came to my home and he fixed the issue.He said there is a rate bite in the main wire and i will replace it and he said one nastle is open that why the rate is entering into the machine and he fixed that and he said here after there should not be any problem. Now again the machine is not working. I called the service station again and one person came to my house and he checked and he told again there is a rat bite and you need to pay the repair cost if you want to do Service and we need to order the parts from Madurai. I have never encountered such a issue with any of the company. I have other products from other brands where they i have seen good response from the service center. IFB service center is the worst i have seen ever and even i have raised the complaint to the IFB sales manager and there is no good response from him as well.
Can any one suggest how to raise a consumer compaint against IFB.
until today there is no action taken from both the service centre and IFB area manager as well. They keep on saying we will resolve it in another 10 days. Its almost two month the issue was reported. Can some one from IFB high level management look into this issue.
can you please arrange for the refund of my money. i dont need the machine.until today nobody came for repair and no action has been taken. its totally useless to keep such kind of machine. please arrange to take back the machine and refund my money. I really appreciate your help on this.
