i m journey in saurashtra mail 16 december 2011' mumbai to rajkot, i have not to same identycad for use attaced ticket but i have original icard of PAN card & original Driving licence. But TT says not allowed any other original icard so what meanings govt. Icard. I think no valu for govt. Icards. TT was fine me. So What can we do for this wrong rules.
