Idea is a fake network... I have charged 155 rs for no reason I called customer care where he say that I have downloaded 4 paid apps which I didn't downloaded at all... I am a M.Sc completed person but he says that I have clicked and downloaded 4 paid apps at the same time... when I said I didn't downloaded he say that I am telling a lie... they don't even want to hear what I say instead the keep on saying that I am telling lie and I have downloaded.... on doubt i have gone through my mobile downloads and apps but nothing said apps r not there... when I said that they again say that I may have uninstalled it and I am telling a lie.... after a long talk I thought of complain online and for my wonder I found that idea have fooled many like in the same way.... according to me they have fooled nearly more then 500 people like this..... idea is a fake network everyone plz don't believe idea or everyone have to face the same problem for sure.... my contact number is ********03.
