I have received SMS from Idea Cellular about activation of free 3G pack of 1GB per month for 3 months. But whenever I am accessing Internet, Idea is billing me for every browsing session and relevant amount is being deducted from main account balance. I am not getting any benefits of the free offer even though Idea sent me activation of such benefit.
I have tried to contact customer care complaint registering number via toll-free number 198. But it seems impossible to reach them as every time IVR says all the customer care agents are busy and line is disconnecting every time without keeping me on the queue.
As a result, complaint registering has also failed. Then I tried to reach them via Facebook & Twitter. I also wrote an email to ccare.kolk@idea.adityabirla.com - their autoresponder says they'll contact me within 24 hours. But nobody doesn't. In Facebook, their agent replied with a routine statement like share your info with us and we'll take care of it etc. and again nobody calls back.
I tried to locate their nearest store but there I was told that they only sell Idea products and they aren't Idea's complaint handlers. I got this reply from an Idea store listed in Idea Cellular website.
Me, as a customer, is not getting the offer as advertised & promised by Idea Cellular; and on top of that, I cannot even complain anywhere. It looks like next to impossible to contact them.
