ICICI Bank - ICICI Bank Limited - icici bank deducted 28 rs from my salary account as a name

Hi sir/madam

I found that icici bank deducted rs 28 from my salary account as a name of ATM DEC CHG.
Then deducted as "surcharge rs 4.84 for last two times". Let me know it is valid deduction or not? Waiting for your replay....

I found that icici bank deducted rs 18.13 from my salary account as a name of "Surchargedt14.07.2013mcc4112 ".
Let me know it is valid deduction or not? Waiting for your replay....
