Sub: I am not satisfied with the product and service
I am Ayesha munshi from Shimoga town (Karnataka) i have purchased a cycle of
Hero Company that is octane (model no.sht sb 07 h 33379) by paying Rs.6300\\-.
On dated 27 Aug 08 from local shopkeeper named by Shankars traders
But from the day I have purchase its not working properly.
Shopkeeper has convince me to like anything to buy that cycle but when i complaint him that cycle gear is not working properly he is not ready to give the service.
First three months of purchase I was regularly complaining him about the cycle at last he said that if I pay Rs.500 more he will make the cycle in working condition and give. Then I paid 500rs and again in 15 days the gear got jam and breaks were not working. The day breaks got cut my son was riding the cycle if any thing would have happen to him means who would be responsible for him as its too much traffic
now a days. I have again taken the cycle to shop keeper and requested him to look in to it properly but he is not ready to listen. I feel that cycle itself is a defective one so he is not ready to give the service.
I have then made the enquiry with other shop keepers that whether the cycle I have purchased is good or not then. I came to know that particular model that is hero octane with 21gear cycle has manufacturing defect and some of good known shops in shimoga by name CYCLE LOKA has sent all the cycles back to the company but this guy in shankar trader’s is not ready to do so.
This makes proofs that he has sell a defective cycle to me.
Now from past 6 months i have kept the cycle in storeroom.
Bcoz I have no other solution to do with it.
Please help me in this matter either tell shop keeper to refund me back the
money or give me the new cycle

I'm also suffering same problem for buying BSA cycle from my nearest distributer.
