i have purchased manasvi set of 7 printed dress material on 12/01/15. order no. is 12547367. total amount is 1898.0 rs. iam not satisfied with the quality and asked for refund. i returned the product and naaptol assured to refund money in form of account payable cheque. i received the cheque on 08/02/2015. but in that cheque the spelling of my name is given wrong. i asked naaptol customer care about this issue but till now (25-02-2015) the problem is not solved and refund is not made.. iam very much disappointed by the naaptol service and product quality. pls all customer think twice before purchasing any product.. u can prefer other website than the naaptol..
