I WOULD LIIKE TO SUBMIT A COMPLAIN AGAINST IDEA CELLURELTD.
IF PORTED MY NO FROM VODAPHONE TO IDEA NETWORK,MY
PORTING WAS DONE SUCESSFULLY ON DATED 12/06/2011.BUT AFTER FEW DAYS THE INCOMING AND OUTGOING FACILITY,WAS STOPPED,I HAVE COMPLAIN THIS PROBLEM TO IDEA CUSTOMER CARE,TWO TIMES,AFTER FEW DAYS A CALL CAME TO ME FROM IDEA CARE,AND THE TOLD ME THAT DUE TO SOME TECNICAL REASON THERE IS DEFECT IN MY SIM,AND SUGESTED ME TO TAKE MY NEW PORTED SIM TO IDEA STORE TO CHANGE THE SIM TO NEW ONE,BUT I SPOKE TO THE PERSON TO THE IDEA STORE,HE SAID ME THAT HE WILL NOT BE ABLE PTO PROVIDE ME THE NEW OF FREE CO COST,AND TALK TO HIS DEALEAR CUSTOMER CARE,AND HE TOLD ME THAT YOR THIS PRESENT SIM WILL STARTED WORKING IN TWO DAYS,BUT TILL DATE 16/06/2011.MY PROBLEM HAS NOT SOLVED.
