I purchased a Honda Unicorn vehicle from Vishnu honda, Visakhapatnam on June 2012, my vehicle number is AP 31BY 4704. After using 6 months i faced one problem, that is some abnormal sound from the back side of the chain, i was explained the same to vishnu honda, they did something and given back my vehicle, but again i faced the same problem, this procedure happened several(5to6) times. Finally i complained to your help desk then they called me and suggested to change the chain spockets (that time i was travelled around 7500 KMs), i agreed for the same and they charged me around Rs. 1800/-, after changing the chain spockets my problem was rectified.
Again the same problem was repeated(now my speedo meter reading was around 10,000KMs), again i complained the same to vishnu honda, again they start to trace the problem, they changed my vehicle part(Half Axle) and charged on me. But complaint was not rectified, i feel that they are fail to locate the problem and rectify. At present my vehicle is lying in vishnu honda from last two days.
See my vehicle servicing track, then u can understand, how many times i given a same complaint to them. Iam very uncomfortable to drive this, if anything happens wrong at the time of driving with family, who will responsible for that.

Before purchasing this vehicle, i believe that, Honda vehicles are one of the best, but my personal experiece to your good vehicle is very worst.
Iam sorry to say like this, its just my experience.

Kindly clarify one thing, How much the life spam of chain spockets. Previously i used Passion for 4 years without changing the chain spockets, after that i used Pulsar, i changed chain spockets for this after 25,000 KMs.

This is my complaint.
I hope you will advice your people and rectify my problem.
