I had logged in a complaint with clay sim’s customer care for charging my card twice for the UK bill despite the fact that I had cleared all my dues. And when I gave them enough evidence that all the bills were cleared and the new generated bill wasn’t mine, they still refuse to refund what they have charged on my card. This is truly horrifying and fraud. After this experience I will never ever use clay sim cards ever again.
