I have sent a parcel through first flight on 2nd Nov 2013,POD No. P991B0004067 from Bhopal to Haridwar . which is still not delivered & when i talk to the local branch in bhopal they say we can not do anything as its lost somewhere in Delhi . I have also sent my complain to the Registered office of First flight but no response till date. These guys never answer my calls niether revert over emails .Please suggest what to do, as i am really frustrated because i had sent a very important parcel for my sister's wedding , which is over now & i lost my parcel which had a dress of Rs. 6000/. Please tell me what to do now?
