India Railway Management - I was not satisfied with facilities at AC waiting Room at Kanpur on 29/5/12

I came by 12505/North East Exp on 30/5/12. Train was late for 2 hours approx. In AC waitng room, AC were not functioning properly.
No AC retiring room was available. I had to shift to Hotel to pass time of 9 hours unnecessarily costing Rs.450/-.

Earlier also while onward journey by 12183/BPL PBH SUP EXP to Kanpur on 23/5/12, position of AC waiting room was worst. Behaviour of concerned authorities was not good. Request was made to Station Master both the times.
I had to shift to Hotel paying 250/-as I had to go to Guwahati by 12506 North East Exp by 13.00 hrs

Complainant's Goal: My money loss may pl be good and further harassment to travellers be made good.

Hi,

No sleeper waiting room available. AC waiting room is just like general 2nd class waiting room

But KANPUR railway authority has not been taken any action

in any platform no facilities of water and fans.water bottle rate 12rupees instead 15 rupees selling. railway administration no action against vendor.
