CV Naukri Services ID - emtiyazshaikh

I want to lodge a complaint against company called "CV Naukri Services Pvt Ltd" which has fraudulently charged Rs. 55,274/- from my Credit Card.

Initially I was under pretext of this company being Naukri.com however after investigating I came to know that it is a different company and a FRAUD & FAKE Company.

On 13th December 2013, I had received a call at around 3.45 pm from CV Naukri Services stating that my resume has been shortlisted for a post of "Assistant Manager". He asked me to register myself with CV naukri services so that my account will be created. There will be a charge of Rs. 600 only. He asked me to come online for the same. I asked him to call at 5.15 pm.

At 5.10 pm I got a call from the same person and him transferred the call to a person named Kunal and my registration process took place. I asked him that I do not have any assistant manager level experience and how will I get the job. He told me that there are several companies like TCS, Wipro who require Assistant Managers on an urgent basis. Also he told me that these companies have tie-up with CV Naukri services and I will be surely selected.

He asked me to click on Cover letter writing section and asked to buy the same. The amount was Rs. 600/-.

I entered my credit card details and the payment was debited. There was an error message ‘Server Timed Out’. Then the call was transferred to Kumar Prashant who was from the online team.

He asked me to click on the link of CV Naukri Services product. The page redirected to the products of CV Naukri Services. He asked me to click on Senior Professional tab and select Senior Pro Starter Combo. He asked me to click on buy option. I was reluctant and told him that the amount will be charged to my card.

He told me that the amount will not be charged and even if I get charged then it will be reversed automatically once the transaction gets completed. I was not agreeing to his statement and asked him the assurance of the same. He told me that these amounts will be paid to the hiring company and then only my ID will be created.

He also told me that he has created a link and it will elapse if I do not proceed now. I somehow clicked on the same. However after that he again asked me to click on the same section and buy other product 'The Expert Combo'. Again I asked him about the charges and he told me to be rest assured as these amounts will be reversed to me.

Similarly he asked me to buy all the products of Senior Professional and one product of Young Professional.

Senior Professional
-Senior Pro Starter Combo (Amounting to Rs. 13,790/- Transaction ID 151878)
-The Expert Combo (Amounting to Rs. 15,150/- Transaction ID 151879)
-The Specialist Combo (Amounting to Rs. 11,180 Transaction ID 151881)

Young Professional
-Super Pro Combo (Amounting to Rs. 14,554 Transaction ID 153882)

He told me that I will be receiving a confirmation email stating of my payment and further procedure. I asked him when will these amount be reversed then the call was transferred to a person named Mukesh.

He told me now that these amounts will be credited to me with my first salary once I get selected with the respective companies. He even assured me that I will be selected and the amount will be credited to me.

However I did not received any email from him nor the company. Next day on 14th December 2013, I got a call from the company and I asked them to refund my amount. They said that I will get a call for the same.

I sent an email to them at info@cvnaukri.com & support@cvnaukri.com however I got a delivery failure message “No MX or A records for cvnaukri.com”.

On 16th December 2013, I received a call from the company and the lady said that there is some problem with their website and emails hence it is not accessible. I again reiterated about the refund amount and she said the same thing that I will get a call from the company.

Till now I haven’t received any call from them and whenever I’m trying to call them there is always line busy tone.

I want a REFUND OF THE FRAUDULENT CHARGES OF RS. 55,274/-.
