The reason for me to post this in forum to get the justice. I have joined this Global Gateways on 1st March 2013. As per my offer letter i was suppose to get complete salary for March and May irrespective f the business generation by me as its initial time.
Strangely in that company employee will get salary on 20th of every month i.e if you work for more than one and half month then salary will be paid on 20th of next month. Last week in hurted my hand and couldn't able to go office for 7 days and i had informed about this to on person from management.
When i went back to office , manager started screaming on me that i havenot informed him and asked me leave from job. When i asked him to clear my salary for 1.5 months he refused to pay.
This is not the first tie hes not releasing salary and terminating employees. 2 weeks before another college come across same situation and she also didnt got her salary.
We both went to Shantinagar police station and explained same to police. To policemen came to office with us and the manager started abusing me in front of them that i had left my home and ran away from my home those 7 days and said many unfair things about me & refused to pay mine and my colleagues salary.
Here what is hurting is in front of police and everyone he abused me just because he did not wanted o pay us when every one could see my hurted hand.I want you to take proper action against him so that he will never dare to speak to any women in future like this.
