I recently had a balance cut of 85 rupees in my cell on mindnight of 18july(may be one two days earlier)...i had a netpack active.... reliance netpack 786(activated about 10-15 days ago).....and there was no VAS service active....that night i was in Hospital for my dad and they cut all my balance....call to the customer care was not getting connected...next day i was busy so couldnt go to reliance ministore....dn the next day i complained in reliance ministore and they said as the complaint wasnt lodged within 24hrs they cant do anything... then i sent a email to relaince customer care and they refunded the amount...bt tonight on 31july just after few days from that incident they again have cut all my balance of Rs.80....for what reason they do this again and again? if they dnt like using their service they just need to tell once...after the first deduction i tried porting my no...sending PORT 'MY PHONE NO' to 1900...bt msg didnt go...why??!!!! even when i had balance then also the msg didnt go!!! fed up with this service....when i needed it the most then only they did this....my no is ********72(originally it was voda bt i did mnp thinking it would be cost efficienct...now regretting)... ..
