Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am writing g this letter to complaint the yalla shop online.I ordered the Lenovo ideapad 305 laptop last June 09,2016 then I recieve my oder on June 11,2016.But when I started to open the laptop the device it doesn't work just only blinking the screen so I called Gain they told me they will change the laptop.So I return the laptop on June 12,2016 then I called the customer service to follow-up my order if when they will deliver to me.They told me I have to wait for 14 days before they will deliver.after 14th days I called again the customer service and again they told me I have to wait again and I said to return my money because until now I haven't receiving my laptop they always cheating and playing on me.I want them to return my money.I paid 1,299.Please take that action to closed that company before to make it happen again to the other victims.
