Dear INSPIRE Programme Division Authority,

My Sister got a scholarship letter from the Secretary of Madhyanic Shiksha Parishad Uttar Pradesh that she got selected for the inspire she scholarship to come among top 1% of good student into the college she need to register her self to the portal before given time.
we got to know this information from college after when the said time has been passed after that we try to visit to basic shiksha adhikari he also not meet because of his busy schedule.
i would like to let you know if there is any chance that she can avail that scholarship she can get higher education.
