i have purchased hcl calling tablet hcl tablet, when i received found hcl tablet not in working
condition.. . BELOW are the order datails,

mean while i have submitted that faulty tablet to HCL service center (
S.S. marketing, Aurangabad ) and also in touch of HCL custmer care,
now waiting to receive the complaint id, number details etc..
And i want to raise complaint against infibeam.com, I have sent
about 17-18 emails from the time before the order confirmation and
after confirmation too. Only 1 email i received after long waiting and
that email also not containing particular answer to my problems and
inquiries.. . after receiving that faulty tablet the only one mail i
received same as the first mail , email not contains any particular
solution, answer to my problems.. and this thing is that i am getting
mental hurrestment.. Now i will teach them how custmer handled
properly. . and if they not ready refund it in 1-2 days i want to take
legal action against them, please give me some guidelines regarding
that if u can.
and one thing i want to tell u, i am getting married on
date 1/02/2014 thats why i really in need of mobile or money refund in minimum time,
plz help me to receive refund in cash from HCL or INFIBEAM..
