I am sudhakar k working in L&T engineering company. I got problem with my mobile, the touch screen came out.I attached snap shot of mobile.
I gone to apex at parkline hyderabad, Telangana . to show this mobile . The service person told me that because of more charging there is bulge on touch screen. Even though i am using all genuine parts of apple this problem occurred. The service person asked me to pay 20,000 Rs for replace touch screen. I am shocked about this price to get repair. First thing this is not my fault that i misused or fall down . I believe Apple is best comparing other mobiles and brought for All of my family members. Hope you people have solution this . I believe that apple mobile service give customer satisfaction.
