I purchased an I Phone 5s in April 2013. During charging we face problems like over heating and get electric shocks while talking. Also it hangs during using of some apps like Talking Tom, candy crush and FB messenger. I took it to the service center and there they people said 'after upgrading the ios software your problem will be solved'. But after the phone being upgraded also same problem persisted. again i took the phone to the service center and ask them to replace the phone as there is a replacement warranty, but they people told me 'if mobile has more than two dent marks, it can not be replaced. But here my question is when there is a Software problem in the phone than why they people are considering these dent mark and it is but obviouse if some one used a phone for more than 7 months, it will get some dent mark. After spending almost 55000 rs on phone I am surprised the way a very reputed company like Apple has treated me. plz help me as i am feeling like cheated and totally fed up.
