This complaint is against Mr. Mustafa, who failed to keep up his committment in providing Grill works to our school. He has also failed to keep us informed on the delay. I feel it is because we have given 50% advance. Hence forth we should tell these vendors that payment will be made only on delivery. Its a plight that these vendors do not start work without advance. It is the work of some black sheep in all ways of life that get us to act harsh on others too. Can someone help us please on how to take action?
