i was worked with body shop in insurance Dept..I was worked there properly and honestly but ur body shop manager wants my frank behaviour. he just want that i have to share my personal matter with him, can u clarify me that in yr company u don't want work and discipline. what is the important thing in ur company personal relations or work. when i was joined ur company i don't have any knowledge of insurance but i was gave my best performance. honestly the body shop manager and in hr dept mr. rahul sharma is not able for this post because if this type of employee u will appoint ur company reputaion will gone. that's it.
