I kirti Suresh Gawkar, telephone ********13- ********19 have purchase colour television of Panasonic 29FX20CDS3 from Reliancedigital Retail Ltd., Plot No.39/4E, Near Vashi Railway Station, Vashi Navi Mumbai, Maharastra, Pin- 400 705. Phone No.:- 022- ******** / ********, on dated 23.02.2010 vide cash memo/Invoice No.:- 008528 dated 23.10.2010
Since very first week of purchase I am not satisfied with the product which they have supplied me because of clarity of picture quality for I which I have telephoned to Reliancedigital Retails Ltd. and they said our person will come and see to it. I also complaint regarding warranty card which they have send me warranty card of Philips instead of Panasonic which I have purchased till date my complaint regarding warranty card and clarity of picture is not attended.
To my shock and surprise on 27th July,2010 within 5 month of purchase every thing is disappeared and screen of my TV become black nothing was visible on the screen. I have complained regarding this to Panasonic & Reliance digital Consumer Department and they have noted my complaint wide complaint no. 028259 dated 28.07.10 and assured me with 48 hrs my service man will come and solve the problem.
On 30th july,2010 one service person have my visited my place and gone back without informing me and doing any work as we are not at home and they have not inform or/ called us instead of giving two contact number to them. This is a case of lacks of communication………?
Again I had called up the company and asked about the complaint they said we will send our engineer at your place. After 2 days one engineer came and checked the TV and said that there is some part which is not functioning properly and required to be replaced. He assured me I will come tomorrow with new part and replaced it. The job work number was 2296. Next day the same engineer came and replaced the part which he said is not working properly after replacing the so called part he tried to switch on the TV and to our shock and surprise TV was not started. Now he has given me new surprise regarding Picture Tube of the TV is damaged and required to be replaced?.........
After all this till date my TV is not working and I have requested to Reliancedigital Retail Ltd. for replacing the faulty TV set which they have supplied me with the new one because now I don’t have a faith in the same TV to be repair due to so many problem arises in just 5 months of purchase, but they have denied me for replacing the current product. Hence I have no other way but to approach a consumer forum in which I have a great faith and the only ray of light towards attending my problem.
