Information is pathetic. One can never meet one,s promise by relying on on information provided by railways. I am regular traveller from Ludhiana to amritsar but never in two years found station people having exact information when train will arrive. It is always just before two minutes time will be changed. One can't take decision whether to go by another mode or to wait. At schedule time passengers will be informed about delay and that will again change after sometime. It is very rare a delay is informed in one go. It is normally informed in tranches. First it will be said train is late by fifteen minutes, then thirty, and finally one hour. Can't understand why it happens. If train if train is late should be informed in one go.
