I M RUNNING MY MOBILE REPAIRING SHOP BASICALLY PROVIDING MOBILE REPAIRING SERVICE TO CUSTOMER AND ONLINE SERVICES SUCH AS AIRLINE & BUS TICKETS PROVIDING, BILL PAYMENT,MOBILE RECHARGE & ETC ON 1/12/2013 I HAD SEEN ADD ONLINE OF TSS COMPANY WHICH SISTER CO. OF HERMES FOR TRAVEL TICKET BOOKING AND MANY UTILITY TSS CO. WAS SHOWING ADD BY IRCTC LOGIN ID WHICH CO. ARE CALLING THAT IRCTC F3 OPTION BY PAYING RS.2750 YOU WILL GET IRCTC F3-OPTION FOR BOOK A RAILWAY TICKETS. I SAW THAT OFFER ON FLASH MESSAGE I PAY RS.2750 then i thing that and then i agree for irctc option then after some days without my permeation they cut rs2450 on date 28/11/2013 by my terminal id then i check my terminal id i saw there cut rs2450
VERY CHEAP fault of TSS CO.
1) IN IRCTC FLASH MESSAGE ON TERMINAL THE COMPANY WAS NOT SHOWN THAT THE DIGITAL CERTIFICATE WILL BE MANDATORY IN FUTURE
2)FIRST TIME COMPANY SHOW rs2750 FOR IRCTC F3 OPTION THEN AFTER SOME DAYS CO. CUT rs2450 ON MY TERMINAL
3)IF THE TSS CO. DONT HAVE FULL INFORMATION FROM IRCTC DEPART THEN WHY TSS CO. TEAMS ARE LAUNCH THIS IRCTC F3 OPTION
Here is having complete fault of TSS CO. now please help me to refund my rs5200
i dont want this IRCTC F3 OPTION
because TSS CO. DID FROD WITH ME
SIR see some document on this mail which i had attached with this WHAT HAVE TO DO NOW TSS CO. TEAM ARE DID VERY CHEAP FROD
I HAD SEND MANY TIMES MAIL TO CUSTOMER CARE & ESCALATIONS DEPART OF TSS CO. will giving refund or not then me cut to cut and clean cheat answer BY MAIL but the are also not giving me clean mail what have to do
