subject : have paid the money but had not receive the product

i anuja had on 30th october 2012 had deposited rs 2400 in the account of sameer who is a dealer in skin whitning products. i had purchased 1 cream and 1 saop from him and after talking to him on phone had acted accordingy his orders. he asked me to deposit Rs 2400 for 1 cream and 1 soap and said that i will receive the product within 7 days. i had not receive the product tii now. i even went to banglore to receive the product but sameer did not delivered the product there also. i use to call him and he ust to sat that he will deliver in 2 or 3 days but he didnt do that and now he is not receiving my phone. i am frustrated now and now i want my money back as 2400 is a big sum for me.
