Dear Sir,
I ordered for six books from www.indiaplaza.in online shop vide my order no.IN0209100437 dated 2nd Sept.2010. I sent a multicity cheque of Rs.1582/- as advance payment. The shop supplied me five books on piece meal basis. The sixth book (the costliest one costing Rs.765/-) "The Notebook" has not yet been supplied to me. I have made several email requests and more than 20 telephonic requests. But the people there do not seem to care.
Now they are not even receiving my phone calls. I am at my wits ends what to do. Will you please help me either to get the book or to get a refund of Rs.765/- .

Our apologies for the inconvenience you had to face with us.
The ordered book - Notebook was an imported edition and we had shipped out the same through AFL couriers. The courier had lost the shipment and we have reordered the book from our International suppliers.
We are expecting the book to reach India by next week and we shall ship out the same as early as possible.

I have not yet recd the book. The website phone number is also not functioning. Nobody picks up the phone. Querry on the site go unreplied. Therefore I am asking indiaplaza.in to give me the updates about delivery of my book on this page. Why don't they return my money when they are not able to supply even after 3 months of the order.
