I have not received my permanent driving licence yet.I have passed the test on 01/05/2010 from RTA Kondapur..Application No-AP028/24467/2010/L

I have applied for duplicate driving licence on 2nd September,till now the status of DL is not changed from card not yet printed

If you don't have guts to serve the people the.n You should not charge fee.
Website should mention like scarcity of cards etc.there is no helpline or customer care number.

Finally I have got it.Please get in touch with RTO where you had gone through driving test.TC/DTC has deligated this distribution task to district RTA/Test Center

Yes , I agree, RTA has a pathetic service. No one picksup the phone and no customer care. Atleast they should have proper procedure to address all the cases like this. My Car transfer RC has not been come yet. It's been 1 month over. I request some senior official should get into all these issues personally and make people happy. It is better to outsource this RTA dept to some private vendor for customer excellence.

I support this complaint. I have passed the test on Jul 21 2010 and was informed DL will reach me in 4 working days. Now looking at the issues seems it was a mis-leading promise. I have raised complaints in AP Transport site but no response.
When are we going to have a responsive and responsible system??
