Dear Sir/Madam,

This is V. Dinesh from Kadapa , Andhra Pradesh. I have ordered a book " Gate (ECE) book by GK Publishers" on 12th March 2013 in IndiaPlaza through online. The order number is I12031300114. On 13th March,2013, I have received a message that your order has been canceled due to lack of copy of that book and your money will be refund in few days.

But, Still I did not receive my money. So, please process this complaint and refund my money.

Unfortunately, at certain times we find ourselves unable to procure items due to its non availability in our warehouse or with vendor partners. We did try to source the item from various suppliers. Unfortunately, we are forced to cancel the item due to non availability.

Refund will be processed in next 4 working days and the amount is expected to be credited to your account in the next 7 to 10 working days depending upon inter-bank procedures.
