sir,I am facing problem to sit in black diamond exp. Some of the passengers from howrah just occupie the whole sit in a non reserved compartment and they allowes on one to sit there exert there loved once. If some one give them a challenge he will face threat, even they abuse physicaly or mentaly . No one is in there to protect us, no RPF, GRP or TTE is in thre to look at it. is there any solution of this problem. Please let me know why i cant sit in an enoty non reserved sit. - thanking you, anirudha mukherjee
