The company promises to give the reputed bags on time and takes money in advance or at the time of delivery.
In this case, i have been asked to pay money in advance and have got the wrong delivery of the bag.
As per their rules and regulations and policy, I was supposed to get the refund money or the replacement of the actual order within 3 - 4 weeks and its been 1 and half months that they are not able to send us the correct bag.
They have stopped anwersing the calls and responding the messages.
Complainant's Goal: To refund the money or to dispatch the correct order
