I am having a frenchie of Suvidhaa with fren code -7012 since 2009 faced many problems about their services but this time they cross the limit ,I have load Rs 1012/- to my suvidhaa a/c on 15thMarch 2011 and my a/c balance become Rs 1038.35 but when I logged into my Suvidhaa a/c on 16th March 2011 ,I was unable to logged in ,My password was not working so I informed customer care they set a new password for me and then I logged in and I was surpeised , my balance was Rs 549.60 instead of Rs 1038.35 ,so I again called up the customer care they took the complain and ask me to wait for 2-3 days and gave me a complain no-1********9.
Then I emailed to "support@suvidhaa.net & cc.head@suvidhaa.net" about the details matter on 16th march 2011 ,received a reply from only "cc.head@suvidhaa.net" and the reply was see below:

We are sorry to hear about the fraudulent transaction happened in your POS terminal. We have received the mail along with the transactions claimed by you as fraudulent. after this no reply no feed back ,still I am waiting for my money to be credited to my a/c.
Today the 23rd March 2011 again ,I have spoken to their customer care executive a lady ,she informed me that it was a fraud transaction but you will not receive your money back and she gave me all the details of the transaction and the details are :

and ask me to mail those details again immediately to the email id "support@suvidhaa.net" & "cc.head@suvidhaa.net",you'll receive the reply soon.
I don't understand why suvidhaa have this kind of service,they don't even feel the urgency ,they just know how to waste time so that customer get bored and stop asking about money which they had taken fraudulently.
So,if you can help me to get my money then please help me and guide me.

After making my complaint to different online complaints site Suvidhaa refund my money from their own pocket to my a/c whereas they had already given me the IP address to track the status and even told me that money is not possible to be credited the my a/c but may be they realize that this is their mistake so,I have got my money credited to my a/c on Tuesday the 29th March'2011 at around 6PM.
So, I made the problem as solved.
