I paid USD 15.19 as guest charges and ordered for a birth certificate from Kolkata municipality at their website.(Order No SCH/ORD-16985)
Then I received an email from them on 27th December,2010 asking me to send all the documents - voterid, marksheet, hospital discharge certificate, address proof etc. I emailed them all the documents on 28/12/2010. Then I received a letter from them on 10/1/2011 that KMC has rejected my application but they can procure the Non Availability of Birth Certificate(NABC) from them. I asked them to go ahead with NABC. Then they served me an online link for paying an amount $130. I paid the money on 1/14/2011.
I also got a receipt from them. But after that they stopped responding to my emails. They also stopped picking calls after that.
So now I realise that I have been cheated by them. Later I found in many reviews that this is how they carry on their fraud business online.
So is there any way that I can get my money back as I am now sure it is a totally fraud company engaged in cheating other people?

I support this complaint. because I also cheated from this fraud co.

we logged ir no 60519 and 61264 but till today after 6 months we didnot got policy copy from them
