I have ordered for a Louis Vuitton Bag on 11th March'15 online vide order # 106704707 from this website by paying Rs.19,237/- through my credit card. They called me after 4 weeks saying they would be refunding the money as the bag was stuck in customs. They said once I received the refund, they can courier the bag on Cash on Delivery basis.

Till date they have not refunded the money & are not giving me any clarification. They sent some statement saying the refund is in queue etc but their website is fake, they don't have a proper number to call, no one picks up the phone & every time when they call, a different person from different city calls & gives some vague answers, now they have stopped replying to my mails also.

Please help me recover this money & ensure others are not cheated this way.
