I have booked a holiday package , and it was told that i will be rceiving Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet as gift for the booking

Every time when i call for the gift, it has been told that, the gift will be delivered through Agarwal packers and movers, but even after regular followup , no response to my mails and phone calls.
