Bright Dry Cleaners has takes 4 sarees of my mother for Roll press on 7/6/2010 and gave delivery date of 11/6/2010. So accordingly my mother has planned her schedule of going to her native place. But when my mother went to the dry cleaner as per given date then he refused to give those 4 sarees by saying that they are not ready today i.e 11/6/10 and she can take this tomorrow i.e 12/6/10 in evening. When she again went in evening on 12/6/10 at 7:30 pm then the owner told that they are in processing and it will take time to come to his shop and he told to call him by 9:00 pm. When called he told that still it didn\'t came and he will call us back. By 10;00 pm me and my mother went to the shop and he talked to rudely and said that today its not possible to get it and he will give tomorrow. But when told that tomorrow my mother is going out of town then he told to come by 11:30 pm. When came by 10:45 then saw that the shop was closed. When called on his cell then 1st ring gone and no one lifted and when tried for 2nd call then cell was switched off.
