I purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 new bike from Bharat Tractor Pvt. Limited, Bikaner on 24 March, 2010 registration number RJ07SF9495. My bike was insured in United India Insurance Limited Policy number 141000/31/01/00007773. During the insured time my bike got bumped into stray animal and it got heavy damaged in front suspension band, Caliper, Blinker and on Disc. I quickly took my bike to the company for the service and informed the concern insurance company. I also submitted the estimation bill to the insurance company suggested by the service agency. later on the insurance company did the survey of my bike but the service company did not submit the re-estimation bill to the insurance and they did not even bother to inform me. during the service they found new damages in the bike and without informing insurance company and me they changed the parts in bike which were not in the estimation. After finishing the service i got a call from service agency and gave me the bill amount 2719 Rs. i paid them this amount and claimed the same to insurance company. unfortunately The United Insurance Company refused to pay me tht amount and issued the cheque of amount 600 rs. only.
They refused to pay such amount for the changed parts which were not mentioned in the estimation. When i confirmed with the service agency they refuged to hear me and not even agreed to accept their faults. It was their responsibility to inform me before change any parts in my bike. Later on i also found some serious ignorance in service and my bike is yet not fully repaired. After trying hard to make them listen my complaints they just ignored me and not even ready to re service my bike. I have paid them their amount but they willingly trying to avoid my complaints. It is serious frustration for me and its hard to talk them politely but i am managing for last two months. now i want to take my voice and complaints to such space where they bound to listen not only as a consumer but well aware consumer.
