This Sunday, I went to Stomach Chinese Restaurant which is in Bandra(W), near Moti Mahal. For a 300 ml of ThumbsUP, they charged me Rs 25 when the printed price was Rs 13. The place is not even air conditioned that they will charge extra for that. A cooling price of Rs 2 or Rs 3 can be acceptable but how can they charge Rs 25 when the printed price was Rs 13?
When we asked them to mention it clearly on the bill, that for a 300 ml soft drink bottle they have charged Rs 25, they were quite reluctant to do that.
I want some strict action to be taken against them, they should send me an apology note and in future stop charging so much extra from all the customers.
The food anyway is disappointing, very oily plus if they cheat customers like this, I will be forced to write an article on my newspaper against them.

Hello Sir,
On 6/6/2013 i also went to StomachII in versova,Mumbai and ordered some food and cold drink and they charged Rs40 for one cold drink whose market price is Rs13. When i asked manager, he showed me one article showing mrp doesn't apply on restaurants.
Even they charge service tax extra on food then why drink is so costly???
I understand extra money but this was too much. Is there any law for this and wat happened to your complaint??
