I'm not sure i click on that link ok. but if i did than Why I'm suffering from balance deduction till nw... at first when they deduct my balance i thought i made a mistake now i will never click on any link from the company sms so i never did the same mistake... but u know what I'm still facing that same problem, i nevr click on that link but everytime when i recharge my balance they always deduct 5 rs. from my balance... today i was so angry when they deduct my balance that i have to call the customer complaint no. at first wn a female excutive response my call i told her:- hi i wanna know if thers any service activated in my calling no. she rply:- theres no service activated in ur no. Me:- just now the company deduct my balance i wanna know y. She replyed:- because u hv click the link (download games,videos etc........) i told her:- i did not click any link today i did not touch my cell phone till now when i recharged my balance they deduct my balance n u know wat i did not even went to my inbox can u help me.... after dat she did not reply me back she end my call.... then i again tried but this time it was a male excutive he answer my call then i share my same complaint as i did with the first female excutive but he too didnt me back. .... then again i try calling for about 40times but this time no one answer to my call i waste my entire 2 hour calling them n also lots of balance deductd bcoz of this website (pocketinternet.in) i relly dont know what is the real problem.. nw m very angry , who won't at this time ... If any 1 can help me out please or else i hv to stop using aircel sim n alert all my frnds n facebook frnds abt + 7000 frnds coz m using two f.b account n will ask all of them to share my post.... Aircel pliz m requstn u wt humble request to solve my problem before i stop usin aircel ever again ...... thankyou.....
