I booked a cab for Gurgaon from Uttam Nagar and the cabbie reached real late making me late by 1 hour. However, I didnt complain and as the cabbie was driving, he was making calls to find another passenger from the place where I was to get down.As he was busy in the conversation, he missed taking a left from below the flyover to go to Infinity Towers Gurgaon and climbed up the flyover. I was constantly telling him to take a left from Ambience Mall.Since he said that he made a mistake, i didnt say anything even if due to the error, I reached my destination late by more 20 mins. Also an additional fare, as I travelled extra 20 mins. I paid the full amount and was not even given a receipt fr the same. Due to the last bad experience, I booked a return taxi then and there for 3.15 p.m. However, unlike the previous cab, I didnt recv any sms, bt received a call at 3.15 saying the cab had arived. I told the driver that I will take arnd 15 mins to wrap up, so requested him to wait. He said there is no problem. When I reached the cab it was 3.37 p.m. That means I was 5-7 mins late. The driver had already filled the log sheet with a 50 rs fine for me. I said that it took me some time to locate the cab, as there wr lots of cabs parked. He said rules are rules. I agreed, sat in the cab seeing how sincere the cabbie was. Now, I called Quick Cabs CS and requested them to tell the driver to waive my late fee, as I was late in reaching the place due to a Quick cab error in the first trip, bt they straight away denied and said nthing cd be done.To add to my horror, after the 50 rs fine, I paid lesser than the previous amount, with the same route after the 1st driver\'s error. I feel Quick cabs cheated me and dsnt know how to treat their customers. I spoke to the customer service rep fr a goodwill credit of just 50 rs, which was lesser than the money i spent to call them. The matter was nt the money, bt the kind of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED!!
