I 've recently hire a guy i 've met from freelancer.com for making my website (domain: collected4u.com).
This guy after a month he has done nothing yet and he is not responding to my emails.
The deadline i gave him expired. You can check at "www.collected4u.com" that no progress has been made.
I 've made an advance payment of 335USD to hire him throught paypal.
He tricked me by saying to me that paypal gives buyer protection and i 'll by totaly secured and safe against fraud if i made the payment throught paypal and i dont have to hire him throught freelancer.com.
After 1 month that i saw that he didnt do anything i tried to use buyer protection with paypal and then i found out that the paypal's buyer protection doesnt cover payments for this kind of transactions. He totally tricked me and cheated me to get my money. please guide me how can i get my money back against this fraud. I have all emails and skype chats i made with him as a prove that he tried to tricked me and get my money. .
