Tata Photon Plus - I did not got Internet on My Tata Photon + purchased for Rs.3600/-.

I got Tata Photon + Connection No.********76 purchased for Rs.3600/- besides a monthly billing of Rs.463/- minimum. I lodged a complaint with the Company for not getting Internet since the date of purchase on 1/11/09 which was sent by email at customer care address of the Company.

The company insited on payment of bills and a bill of Rs.1387/- for two months levied though I insisted that I am not using Photon + and not to send the bills. The company replied that:_
With the reference to your complaint this is to inform you that as checked from the concern team and found that you are using the Device at deep indoor coverage, we request you to relocate his pc location and also check system settings (such as dialer setting and viruses).

In view of above it is mentioned that my problem of net connection was agreed by the Company but not resolved and as such I was insisted on payment of bills.

In view of above, it is mentioned that the problem mentioned by the company that I am using net at deep indoor coverage did not stand as my house is in the heart of the city and at posh locality in the city of dehradun. Further, I was able to get connection through wireless broadband connection of BSNL on my laptop which amply proved that there was no problem in my internet explorer or computer. This was communicated to the Company via my email dt.1/11/09 which clearly mentioned that :-

My TataIndicom No. is 0********76 and A/C No. is ********9
I am to mention that I complaint on not getting net on Photon+ regularly I was assured of engineer visiting the engineer visited once told me that I had problem with Internet Explorer the same was rectified by me but he did not turned up again I am getting net through Borad Band connection on my lap Top hence problem said by engineer of Internet Explorer did not stand.

The Company insisted on payment of bill of Rs.1387/- giving no heed to my grievance and hence I suffered a loss of Rs.3600/- for making initial payment of getting Photon + connection.
