The Nokia 6700 phone was purchased in the above stores, experiencing, first, failure of battery, which was replaced by the seller under the guarantee period after making heated discussions with the concerned Service Center linked with the seller. The Service Center's representative was worse than harsh to my wife when she dealing the sellers salesman (intervening and using rough and abusing style of words and demoralizing the customer), where he has no room to talk and which he did unwarrantably. Then the very next day of replacement of new battery there was no display but for the white blank screen in the phone, which left us spell-bound, after having purchased a world renowned phone called nokia (claimed by you) for about Rs.11,000/- It has once again been given to the seller for fixing this problem, before 12 days. They called up after couple of days that the fixing would cost around Rs.945/- or so. Then on my coming back to my home on leave from my work place, I gave Rs.1000/- for fixing the supra problem to the seller (say before 7 days) and the seller's salesman told that I would be informed about the fixing and delivery of the phone, in couple of days. It was only vein, the wait we made, gave us and I personally visited the shop to inquire about the state of the mobile. The Salesman had no details to reply instead asked me whether I received any call from the Service Center. Which never happened. He made a call to the service center whose representative replied and talked in way, that he knows about the details of even a mobile less than even a mentally retarded psyche. It seems it is better the Company involves in the functioning of all its Service Centers and first fix them to do correctly and to behave properly to the customers, which I dont want to mention here, which are totally unpleasant to a customer of Nokia, pathetically still believes in Nokia. Your response once again shall be anticipated in vein as such of your Service Centers. Otherwise, Nokia and its Service Centers will have pack up from the market.
