my bike Honda UNICORN reg no AP 29 AC 3717 was given for servicing during the first week of july. I was informed that the engine had a minor defect and would take a week's time for rectification with a charge of rs,3000 to rs. 4000 maximum. however, till date there is no update on the bike being serviced and moreover i am being demanded to pay rs. 12000 for engine repair and the bike would be delivered post payment. it is more than a month that I have been travelling without a bike incurring about rs. 6000 on travel expenses.

Request you to look into this on priority basis and provide me justice in the form of service for my hard earned bike.
