I had ordered flowers online from www.floraindia.com to be delivered in Chennai on 24th august 2013, via order no.JQ9675 with special instructions to be delivered before 12 pm.
But the flowers were not delivered till 5 pm. in the evening. This sucks that a gift like flowers which should reach early morning, the company is not delivering till evening.
when I called the customer service no. some nitin picked up and he says we have no commitment to deliver on time. What kind of service is this. He didn't have manners to talk and was shouting saying this is the manner he talks. I spoke to the client servicing lady pooja sharma and she also behaved in the similar manner.

What kind of promises they give and how they fulfill it???
