Airtel Mobile UP West - I am totally dissatisfied with Bharti Airtel Customer Service

My mobile Phone ********69 was deactivated on 01.12.2011. I submitted the required forms along with ID proof and Address Proof to Airtel Office at Nehru Colony in DEhradun.
I was promised that my phone will be reactivated within 1 Hour but that 1 Hour is yet to come.
On follow up, I was asked to submit documents again.
I again submitted documents on 12.12.2011. and I was promised that my Phone will be reactivated within 24 Hours. That 24 Hours is yet to come.
Since then I am daily been promised that my Phone will be reactivated within 24 Hours but that 24 Hours are yet to come in last 8 days.
I have been writing to Customer service online at 121@in.airtel also. They keep asking for details. Once you submit details, They again ask me to go to Airtel Office for any help.
I just fail to understand what kind of system exist at Airtel.
Yester day I approached Mr Hoshiar Singh of Airtel Local Management. He promised to get back to me after checking up. But he is yet to respond.
Again I got a call from Patel Nagar Branch of Airtel to submit Documents. I made them talk to Nehru Colony office and confirming that I have already submitted documents at Nehru Colony.
Still My phone is not yet activated.
