I am customer of star health and allied insurance company limited for health policy no. P/161100/01/2012/011804 my name is anil kumar. I am taken this policy as per family health optima insurance policy. This policy already renew for iind year and there is no claim in first year but on dt. 14.02.12 my son jatin admit in saroj hospitan & heart institute till 22.02.12. Above hospital is the panel hospital of insurance company.insurance company give cashless facility in panel hospital. Hospital give me bill of 66,069.00 rupees. Bill no. Is ibl/11-12/00018428. But insurance company give me only 36000.00 rupees only which is not a fair dealing. This is totally mentally problem given by star health and allied insurance company limited. Please take action against star health and allied insurance company limited and give me claim my balance payment of rs. 30,069.00. I am suffered from star health and allied insurance company limited so i want a claim of rs. 200000 for this problems. Thanking you
